Technology has made the modern Comm Center streamlined and efficient like never imagined, but have we created too many distractions as a byproduct?
This course aims to discuss the modern problems and create solutions to make Situational Awareness the core focus in the Comm Center.

Learning Objectives:

Identify common problems in the Comm Center that can create distractions and inhibit Situational Awareness
Describe solutions to mitigate distractions in the Comm Center that affect Situational Awareness
Demonstrate ways that they have been able to improve Situational Awareness in their own Comm Center
