Learn about fetal and transitional circulation and how it is affected by meconium aspiration syndrome. Explore the management of meconium aspiration syndrome and persistent pulmonary hypertension in the newborn. Special focus on the transport of these critically ill babies to a higher level of care for possible ECMO.
