My name is Frank Milano, and I am the Director of transport services at Children’s Health System of Texas, located in Dallas Texas. I have worked in the neonatal/pediatric transport setting for over 25 years. When I was first introduced to transport back in 1990, I had no idea it would become my lifelong passion. I started my transport career as a respiratory therapist, obtained my nursing degree in 1994 and, my master’s degree in nursing in 2016. During my career I’ve transported countless patients and families, many that I will never forget. I also owned and operated a staffing agency for nurses, respiratory therapists, and CNA’s for roughly 13 years.
I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, spending time on my ranch, and most of all I enjoy being with my most patient wife, 4 children, and 5 grandchildren.
