Meeting the Needs of a Special Population: Children’s Health Behavioral Health Vehicle Program

The pediatric mental health crisis was exacerbated during the height of the pandemic. Children’s Health, like other pediatric hospitals, experienced a significant growth in this population especially in the Emergency Department setting. In this session, we will discuss how Children’s Health addressed the adolescent behavioral health population in a safe, more child friendly method and mode of transport to an appropriate inpatient facility.
