Thomas J. Liebman, MBA, CMTE

Tom Liebman is the Vice President Operations the West Region of Global Medical Response (GMR). Previously he was the Regional Director for Northern Nevada. Starting his EMS career as a volunteer EMT in 1986; Tom has spent more than 38 years working as a paramedic for ground and air services, and more than 15 years in the volunteer fire service. He serves on the Board of Directors for the National EMS Memorial Service and is Chair of the Council of Regents at the Medical Transport Leadership Institute (MTLI) – a leadership school administered by the Association of Air Medical Services.
